Transforming data into social impact
In recent years, there has been a dramatic increase in data usage across the world. However, most data scientists do not work for social causes, as investments in the area circulate, above all, towards specific sectors of society, such as industry, for example.
D3S Consultoria believes in the enormous potential of the qualified use of data and, therefore, intends to voluntarily help Non-Governmental Organizations in their dreams of transformation.
Furthermore, we are a project led and operated exclusively by women, so we also seek to encourage their protagonism in the STEM universe.

Phirtia Silva
Founder and Executive Director
Phirtia Silva is a data scientist and social entrepreneur. In recent years, she has worked on developing data- and technology-driven solutions for organizations, companies, and social impact initiatives. She is the founder and president of D3S Consultoria, where she leads projects focused on democratizing access to data and technology in the nonprofit sector. She also works internationally on initiatives focused on social development, innovation, and advancing women in science and technology, with a particular focus on the Global South.
Thayna Mesquita
Fundraising Manager
She has a degree in Social Sciences and is specializing in the area of Cultural Management. He currently works in the public sector with budgetary data aimed at promoting culture, monitoring processes and financial execution of the Municipal Tax Incentive Law. He has diverse experience with management, project curation and cultural public policy.
Amanda Raquel
Diretora de Pesquisa Qualitativa
PhD in Social Anthropology with over 12 years of experience in qualitative, ethnographic, and behavioral analysis research. Her research areas encompass race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, sociability, health, and aging. In addition, she has extensive experience in Black women's collectives and movements, as well as 7 years of work in primary public health care.
