In recent years, there has been a dramatic increase in data usage across the world. However, most data scientists do not work for social causes, as investments in the area circulate, above all, towards specific sectors of society, such as industry, for example.
D3S Consultoria believes in the enormous potential of the qualified use of data and, therefore, intends to voluntarily help Non-Governmental Organizations in their dreams of transformation.
Furthermore, we are a project led and operated exclusively by women, so we also seek to encourage their protagonism in the STEM universe.

Phirtia Silva
Founder and Executive Director
Phirtia Silva is a young Brazilian social scientist specializing in data. In the last 7 years, he has worked in market research, in the third sector, as well as carrying out projects with international organizations. He coordinated projects on various topics, such as migration and refuge, the LGBTQIPNA+ population, children and adolescents, violence against women, human trafficking, among others. She is currently a data analyst at the Municipal Secretariat for Human Rights and Citizenship in the city of São Paulo and a member of an intersecretariat working group on indicators.
Nayara Brischi
Data Specialist
Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of São Paulo and specialist in Data Science, she has diverse analytical experiences, as well as experience in managing social projects. He currently works as a market research analyst at a global industry leader.
Rebecca Lins
Strategy and knowledge consultant
She is a PhD student in Social Sciences, has solid professional experience, having worked in several organizations, including research institutions, NGOs and multinationals. With expertise in sustainability projects, his trajectory also includes analysis of the challenges faced by the supply chain. It stands out for its ability to translate complex data and information into insights to generate positive impact. Currently, she plays the role of implementation consultant at an important Brazilian edtech.
Thayna Mesquita
Fundraising Manager
She has a degree in Social Sciences and is specializing in the area of Cultural Management. He currently works in the public sector with budgetary data aimed at promoting culture, monitoring processes and financial execution of the Municipal Tax Incentive Law. He has diverse experience with management, project curation and cultural public policy.
Amanda Raquel
Diretora de Pesquisa Qualitativa
Pesquisadora, cientista social e antropóloga, atualmente é doutoranda em Antropologia Social. Tem vasta experiência em coletivos e movimentos de mulheres negras, além de 7 anos de atuação na atenção primária da saúde pública. Com mais de 12 anos de experiência em pesquisa qualitativa, etnográfica e análise de comportamento, suas áreas de pesquisa abrangem raça, etnia, gêneros, sexualidades, sociabilidades, saúde e envelhecimento
